Let me begin by introducing myself. My name is Jeane Gadd-Smith. I handle most of the production aspects of our photoshoots here at Steve Smith Photography; i.e. casting, propping, wardrobing, styling, and make-up artistry. I also act as second photographer when we are shooting events such as weddings and conventions. Previously I owned and operated , Jeane Gadd Production Services. Since I married Steve Smith, I have worked pretty exclusively with Steve and Steve Smith Photography.
2009 is already an exciting year for us here at Steve Smith Photography, not only here at our base in Boise, Idaho and the outlying Treasure Valley, but also in Sun Valley, (our home away from home) and various locations in the US, Central America and Europe.
Steve and I are thrilled that Ray J. Gadd recently agreed to join our team last year. He brings a wealth of knowledge, creativity, and terrific energy.
I look forward to sharing some of our experiences and my tips of the trade with you in future entries.

Great write-ups and pictures of you all. How about getting your mother on staff—but only in the winter. A cabin-fever solution? Take care. J.

Jeane– Looks like you are doing well and we are glad to see it. We are retired and living in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I am painting (landscape oils) and Nita is sculpting. Jack & Juanita Dunn
Hi Jack! How nice to hear from you. Retired!? Lucky dogs! Though retirement sounds wonderful, I have to say I love what I do and I love the fact that I get to do it with my husband (of 7 years, Steve Smith). In addition to producing and acting as a stylist, I’m also second camera for the event photography we do. It’s been a lot of fun. So you’re painting? Didn’t know you were an artist. That’s wonderful. Thanks for checking in and saying hi. My best to both you and Juanita. BTW, my email address is jeane@stevesmithphotography.com.
